Welcome to Trapeza Labs. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all websites owned or operated under the Trapeza Labs brand (collectively, the "Website"), as well as the Trapeza Labs stock picker, quantitative screening tools, APIs, dashboards, and associated software services (collectively, the "Web Application" or "App"). Throughout this document, the Website and Web Application are referred to together as the "Services".

The Services are created, owned, and operated by Roni Weisman doing business as (d/b/a) Trapeza Labs ("Trapeza Labs", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website or the Web Application.

1. Financial Advice & Investment Disclaimer

TRAPEZA LABS AND ITS OPERATOR ARE NOT REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISORS, BROKER-DEALERS, FINANCIAL PLANNERS, OR COMMODITY TRADING ADVISORS.

  • Educational and Informational Purposes Only: All content, data, quantitative models, stock picks, screens, ratings, metrics (such as QScore or valuation estimates), charts, and analysis provided through the Website or Web Application are offered strictly for educational, research, and informational purposes.
  • No Individualized Advice: Nothing contained on the Website or Web Application constitutes individualized investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. The Services do not take into account your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, investment horizon, or individual financial goals. All content, software, design, text, data, code, database architectures, metrics, tools, graphics, and visual interfaces available through the Website and Web Application are the exclusive property of Roni Weisman d/b/a Trapeza Labs or its third-party data licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos used in connection with Trapeza Labs (including "Trapeza Labs," the Trapeza Labs logo, "Trapeza Labs Stock Picker," and associated feature names) are the property of the Operator. You may not use any Trapeza Labs marks without prior express written permission. All other third-party trademarks appearing on the Website or Web Application are the property of their respective owners.

4. Data Accuracy & Third-Party Information

The Services aggregate statements, statistics, corporate filings, and financial metrics obtained from public registers (including SEC EDGAR) and third-party data providers. While Trapeza Labs strives to utilize reliable sources, neither Trapeza Labs nor the Operator guarantees the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or correct sequencing of any information on the Website or Web Application.

Data feeds may be subject to delays, technical omissions, or third-party reporting errors. Trapeza Labs reserves the right to modify, adjust, or suspend any feature, data feed, or calculation methodology in the Web Application at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE, WEB APPLICATION, AND ALL CONTENT, SOFTWARE, AND ANALYTICS CONTAINED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW:

  1. NO WARRANTIES: TRAPEZA LABS AND ITS OPERATOR DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  2. SYSTEM PERFORMANCE & INTERRUPTIONS: TRAPEZA LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
  3. EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES: NEITHER TRAPEZA LABS, ITS OPERATOR, AFFILIATES, NOR DATA PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, SAVINGS, OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE OR WEB APPLICATION.
  4. RELIANCE ON CONTENT: YOU ASSUME COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR ANY DECISION MADE OR ACTION TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE UPON ANY DATA, STOCK PICKS, OR METRICS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICES.
